Adding more filters in "filter and settings" menu

Hi, I am working in testlink and want to add another feature to be able to see all the builds (as opposed to just a single build number). I was going to add a button in the menu to set it to show all builds, but if it were easier to make the drop down show "All, 1, 2, 3,..." then that could be done as well.

My question is, how can I modify the tree shown to show all builds and not just a single build, or where should I look to edit to make this happen? I'm a little lost. Thank you
