Not able to see the Delete Attachment option

I have installed TestLink 1.9 Beta5. I am not able to see the 'X' sign in fornt of attachment when I upload it. Not able to see it at any place where ever there is file upload options. So if testers by mistake select a wrong file to upload. There is no way we can delete it.
Please help me out with the problem.

I am using the same testlink version and facing the same problems. Not ableto see delete attachment options and also when i try to download an uploaded attachment, it comes up in html.... an idea about this?
