Custom field combo?

I am needing to create a custom field that uses the combo box/dropdown style control but unable to locate in 1.9. Maybe I am overlooking it. Can someone please confirm that it does exist in 1.9 please.

2.we have used same concepts that MantisBT (we have used part of it's code)
