error in test report.

Hi!
When I tried to view charts and bugs per test case in results section its showing me error:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'C:\test\xampp\htdocs\testlink-1.9.beta4\cfg/.cfg.php' (include_path='.;C:\test\xampp\php\PEAR;.;C:\test\xampp\htdocs\testlink-1.9.beta4\lib\functions\') in C:\test\xampp\htdocs\testlink-1.9.beta4\lib\bugtracking\int_bugtracking.php on line 366.
Help me in removing this error?

this error has nothing to do with CHARTS, bug tracking interface is misconfigured

I m unable to see where it is misconfigured. I have checked the custom_config.inc.php and cfg/bugzilla.cfg.php over and over, but unable to point anything obvious.
The bugzilla is working fine from adding bugs into testlink failed cases (new or existing bugs) point of view. The misconfiguration is not causing any issue there.
Can i provide the two files in here?
