[NOT AN ISSUE] - Creating a test suite

Post by emelie »

I am not able to create a Test suite. When I try to click on the "Test specification" link I get a text that explains how I should create a test suite, it says:

"...2.Create a new Test Suite by clicking on New Child Test Suite..."

The thing is that I can not see any "New Child Test Suite" button to click on. Where is this button, I do not understand how to put my test cases in without creating the test suite??

Anyone seen this problem, some bug in this version or what?

I figured out what was wrong, I had to have status "admin" to be able to create a test suite. Now it works fine.

I just installed 1.9 and seem to have the same problem. I am admin and project roles are set to inherit rights. I too do not see the Create button in Test Specifications to add a Test Suite. I have created a Project and some test plans
