TestLink

Is there any documentation on the official website for Testlink v1.9.x?
Behind the documentation link there is only the documentation for v1.8.x.
Or is it mandatory to download the Testlink archive to get the documentation?

I would also like to know if there is a 1.9 docu, since some setup procedures seem to have changes.
We just did an upgrade from 1.8.5 to 1.9.2 and are having problems to get the bug-add feature (Jira integration) to work again.
