2 Questions about multiple users and Test Link

I've searched the forums but didn't really find a question similar with an answer. I've been using Test Link for awhile now and I've only been the person who runs the test cases so I'm not familiar with using the program with large amounts of users. I have a couple of questions:
1. Is there a way to distribute a test plan to any number of individuals via excel that they can work through and then send back without having to be in the system?
I want X amount of people to do some testing for a new video game but don't want to train them on using Test Link so I just send them an excel (generated from test link) and just have them type in their findings and send it back. Is there anything close to this?
2. Is there a way to get multiple people to run through the same test plan without over writing the previous person? How is the best way to handle multiple people running the same test plan?
I want to be able to make a test plan that says something like "Do quest 1-30" and have 15 people all run through quest 1-30 and share feedback or report problems they came across. Is there a way to do this in Test Link?
