Error when saving Step for Testcase

Hi Guys,
i browsed the forum but did'nt find any info about my problem

When updating or creating testcase, i add Step Action and Expected Result and click Save, then:
*Chrome does/shows nothing
*IE does nothing, and shows error on page: "Syntax error ext-all.js Line:7 Char:52434 Code:0"
*Firefox shows some form like for name&passwd but you can just Enter it > and it saves the Step as only browser

do you have an idea? thx

testlink 1.9.2, php 5.2

1. check mantis for similar issues
2.upgrade to last stable version and retest
