migration from older versions of testlink

Hello,
I have to do a migration of several projects created in other versions of Testlink (Testlink 1.9, Testlink 1.
to Testlink 1.9.3, and I wonder if any of you have used any tool or a procedure to load the projects in a agile.
The idea is to create a Testlink 1.9.3 a template project type, and from him to create projects from it. In each project would import each of the elements (Test Suites, Requirement Specification Documents, Keywords, Custom fields, etc.) that previously would have generated from XML import format that provides Testlink. Does anyone know if you can automate the creation of some format of each file import (test_suites.xml, req.xml, etc.).?
