How to resize "Step actions" column in Test Execution page

Hi,
I'm wondering if somebody can direct me to the part of code that defines the size of "Step actions" column of test execution page. For some reason it is too small, while the "Expectation Result" column is too wide.
BTW, the font of custom-field in "Test Execution" page is completely different (much bigger) from others , while it is normal in "Test Specification" page. How can I change the size/font in test execution page.
