Issues with MSWord document

Hi guys,
first time user on the forum - used Testlink in a previous company for a very short time before I left and looking to bring it in to my current employer.
I've came accross an issue, had a search and can't seem to find any answer.
The issue is when I try to generate a requirement or test document using the MSWord format, when the document is opened I get an error in Word (2007 version) saying that a file is missing (I have a screenshot, but can't attach)
The error text is
Missing file: ...//192.168.16.164/testlink/gui/themes/default/css/tl_documents.css
If I go look in the testlink/gui/themes/default/css/tl_documents.css then the file is present, so am guessing that I've somehow misreferenced the path?
This is a clean install of the latest testlink - so any ideas would be appreciated.
