[1.9.2 - Tester not able to view or enter execution result]

We are using 1.9.2 and still in the learning phase as we bring members on to use Testlink.
We have a new build with testcases from previous build and new test cases added. Testers have been assigned testcases. Some of the testers cannot view the Notes/Description area or the Resilts at the bottom to make any updates. Other testers have no issue with their test cases. They can see the bottom of the page and change/update the Results.

We are using IE 8 on widows7 and/or windows XP.

Any sugestions as why some might be able to and others not would be helpful.

you need to check on config.inc.php option that controls who can execute test cases WHEN TEST CASES HAVE TESTER ASSIGNED.
default is user with ROLE TESTER can only execute and see in execution TEST CASES ASSIGNED to him/her

It is the tester that has been assigned to the test case. He can see test plan notes (open and close), Build description (open and close),test suite and the summary and all the steps to do the test. Just cannot see the Notes/Description or the Results box to enter the update

Unfortunatelly details provided are not enough.
You need to provide a very very detailed sequence of steps to reproduce. (i.e. a good test case)
Check also on our mantis site for similar issues.

Well my problem is that I have not been able to recreate. I have some testers without the problem and some with which makes it tough to recreate.
At first I thought it may be a role issue but have checked and rechecked and not seeing any difference.
When I change the role from tester to leader the person can the see the complete Test Execution with bottom Note/Descripton and Result.
I then change role back to tester and he cannot see the bottom section. So far I have two know testers with the issue.

Is there a way to put in a picture into my post to show what is missing?

I will check the MANTIS site.

Unfortunatelly A picture by itself is not going to help, if we do not have requested information i.e. a test case

Some more details:
1) people with role "tester" can't see the Note/Description or Result section (it was mentioned that SOME couldn't see it, but it seems that all the "tester"s can't see it and all the "leader"s can)
2) this test plan was also associated with a previous build and executed. That time around people with the role "tester" could see and edit the Note/Description and Result section; now for some odd reason they can't
