Migration from 1.9.2 to 1.9.4?

I am running 1.9.2 on the production server. What would be the proper steps to migrate from 1.9.2. to 1.9.4?
I checked the documentation, but no mention of 1.9.2.

1.9.2 => 1.9.3 => 1.9.4
