Test Plan roles

Hi everybody,
I want to reorganize the roles on my Testlink. I want to give for some specific users "leader" role on specific projects so they can add roles for other user on their project (for example "tester"). When I check this scenario I get those image for the tester user:
As you can see the user gets only his global role (guest) and not his local role (tester), despite the fact that below the testplan you can see he gets his role as tester.
Is anyone can help?
