Test design report - how to

Hi, I see on the "test report" area it's possible to print only executed tests.
For us it's very important to have a template to print only test cases, the standard Test design doc.
Am I wrong?
Thanks.

There are many reporst
1. test plan report => do not print results
2. test report => print results
3. on Main screen you can print Test Spec doc => all your test case library

Maybe I have to explain better.
Step:
- Test Reports area
- click on test plan report on left part of the window
On the right part of the window I can show the option of the document.
On the bottom right part I can choice what test case to print.
The only problem here is that I can show only test suites executed, not all the test suites.

please provide a detailed step by step example, because unfortunately I'm not able to understand what is the issue.
Only test suites that has test cases present on test plan are displayed

On the first screenshot you can see the test specification area.
You can see here all the test cases that we have written.
On the second screenshot you can see the test report area. I have clicked on test plan report.
After that on the right part I see the test suites that I can print. This are only the test suite executed.

Only test suites that has test cases present on test plan are displayed this is right.
You have to see SAME TREE you get when using the EXECUTE TEST CASE feature
