TestLink

Hello,

I am getting the message "Server error" after the migration from version 1.9.3 to 1.9.7.

I have followed all the steps indicated in the manual, including the database upgrade has mentioned on the README file. However, i am always getting the message "Server error" and i verified and the server is up and running.

List of steps taken:
- Backup the actual Testlink directory
- Create a new directory with the new version 1.9.7 files
- Copied the old files named config_db.inc.php and custom_config.inc.php to the new directory
- Upgraded the database by executing manualy the files db_schema_update.sql and z_final_step.sql
- Launched TestLink

Can someone help with the problem?

i did an upgrade from 1.9.4 to 1.9.7 and after some problems it works. what kind of server error you got?

The only message i get from chrome is "Server error". It looks like it can´t access to the aplicacional server, but it is also up and running.
I haven´t changed anything in the config and custom files.
The Testlink works in version 1.9.3 with those files, but it does not work on the version 1.9.7.

Besides the files in the directory Testlink and the upgrade of the database, i haven´t changed anything.

migration has to be done

1.9.3 to 1.9.4 => check that everything work
1.9.4 to 1.9.5 => check that everything work
1.9.5 to 1.9.6 => check that everything work
1.9.6 to 1.9.7 => check that everything work

The problem happens also on the migration from 1.9.3 to 1.9.4, exactly the same way...
We are following all the steps, as schmack told earlier...
