Buying TestLink Support

I've found a BUYING_SUPPORT.TXT file in testlink 1.9.7 but no purchase details are provided.
Moreover, the "Make a donation to the TestLink community" link on http://www.teamst.org/index.php/howto-contribute is broken.

So, is it possible to buy support?
Which are the terms of service & pricing ?

I would also be interested in this please, if we implement we would be using this as a commercial enterprise so would prefer to have some support
