Does TestLink have executable module for automation ?

Hi everybody,

I'm a new user of TestLink. As my view, TestLink is management system on test cases , build, plan, project .. .
I find a way to execute the given test suites and set the result status automatically in tesLink side, but don't figure out yet.
i.e : I have a set of Selenium test, but can not execute it by testLink. I see a way to execute and set the result, and it's on the script site (interact with testLink via testlink api and the access key).

My problem is that does TestLink has some corresponding extensions or plugins to execute a set of scripts given by automation tools ?
