lone ranger(1.9.9) official release

When is the official release of 1.9.9?. On www.testlink.org, i see that 1.9.9 is released on 20131117, but when i try to download, i get 1.9.7 version. Is 1.9.9 officially released?

using links on www.testlink.org is impossible to get other version that 1.9.9 (just tried http://sourceforge.net/projects/testlin ... urce=files)
in addition if you have any doubts, what about going to sourceforge and download right version ?

Its weird. I tried to download from http://sourceforge.net/projects/testlin ... urce=files, i get 1.9.7 on mac, and 1.9.9 on windows.
