Which testlink version fixed the ghost TC version issue

I am using v1.9.9. I noticed that there is a bug with ghosting test cases. When I ghost a test case, I remove the version info so that it links to the latest version. But when I update the linked test case, it does not update the link to the new version. What I see happening is that although the text says "link to latest ACTIVE version" the underlying code always links to the initial version. I looked at the demo and noticed that this issue is no longer present (http://demo.testlink.org/latest/index.php?caller=login), it updates the link when you create a new version.

So I have been looking through the forums and the release notes for 1.9.10, 1.9.11 and 1.9.12. I searched for "version", "ghost" and "link" but none of the issues seemed to match what I was seeing. I also looked at mantis and a bunch of bug reports, also nothing which seemed to match

Please could someone let me know what version this bug was fixed in, then I will know what version I need to upgrade to to get this issue fixed.
