CKEditor Additional Plugins and possible Upgrade

Hi there,
There is a particular plugin http://ckeditor.com/addon/codesnippet that I'm interested to use with CKEditor. There are these two things I need help with:
- Can I add extra plugins to the CKEditor that is currently part of the latest Testlink package?
- I saw that you are using CKEditor v3.6.6.1 with the latest version of Testlink. That plugin I'm interested in is mentioned as supported by CKEditor 4.4. Is there a way I could upgrade and use that version of CKEditor with Testlink rather than the current one so that I could make use of that plugin? If yes, how?
