In reports generated by our 1.9.11 TestLink installation (integrated with CollabNet TeamForge), every section (test case/test suite) is assigned a new section level.
Example:
1.1 artf1000 - title 1
1.1.1 artf1001 - title 2
1.1.1.1 artf1002 - title 3
1.1.1.1.1 artf1003 - title 4
Is this by design, is there a way to modify this behaviour, or should I post a bug on this?

On each README FILE provided with TestLink distribution is explained that an specific site for issues exists.
In addition before posting it would be a good custom to check if a newer version exists.
Then you can looking for solved issues on 1.9.12, 1.9.13 and accessing the ticket on mantis that provide fixes that are available for latest stable release (at time of this writing 1.9.13).
