Test Cases not Assigned to Any Plan

In Test Reports section, there is a menu called 'Test Cases not Assigned to Any Plan'.
But test cases are common and i want to report 'Test Cases not Assigned to Current Plan'.
So how can i arrange this (maybe from 'freeTestCase.php'). Anyone knows this?
(I use Testlink 1.9.13 verison)
