Test case custom Importance/Priority

Hi!

I'd like to find any information if anyone had any experience on before.
Searched through the forum but unfortunately found nothing about this topic.

So the question is: how to customize the Importance/Priority for test cases, i.e. to expand the existing ones (Low, Medium, High) to some more values (for example, Low, Medium, High, Critical etc)?
One of the possibilities/workarounds is certainly to use custom fields. But maybe there is a way to customize the original implementation?

I would be very grateful for any hints/how-to's etc

because importance * priority is used, no custom config has been provided, but can not be difficult to do it

I'm following up on something similar to this, I'm using the test case priority... but can't seem to get the Milestone overview to show on any role (it remains unchecked), using Alan Turing (1.9.17), any ideas?
