Triggering the Regression run via Testlink

Is there any module developed to trigger the automated testcase run via testlink. if not please let us know whether any plan is there.
We have searched this recently and Got STAF(Software Testing Automation Framework) module will help to trigger the batch.

have you use jenkins to trigger your automation and then hit testlink API ?
