REQUIREMENT STABILITY INDEX

Is ther any solution in testlink to achieve requirement stability index matrix or is there any alternate solution to calculate the requirement stability index. Please anyone guide me.

I have the similar requirement.
when we creat the requirement to system, we hope the system creates the all index .
the structure likes below
projecot name
1 first requirement
1.1 detail requirement1
2 second requirement
2.1 detail requirement
