Resizable frame v1.9.20

Hello,

I'm using TestLink version 1.9.20_fixed.

I noticed that the new version of TestLink doesn't have resizable frame on testcase, testcase execution, requirements..

I was using TestLink 1.9.14 before the 1.9.20 version. I was wondering if is it possible to set resizable frame as it was in version 1.9.14 with the 1.9.20 version. Maybe there is an option for switching mode ?
