issue tracker dropdown box is empty in project def level

Just wondering if anybody knows why the issue tracker dropdown box is empty (nothing to select) in project level. I have checked the "Issue Tracking Integration" so it's "Active", however, there is no issue tracker to choose from.

Did you configure a issue tracker?

Well, I'm adding a new issue tracking system (TFS/Microsoft Team Foundation Service) to testlink 1.9.4. The bug tracking system code in 1.9.4 is changed a lot compare with 1.9.3. version.

Actually, during the integration of TFS and Testlink I came up with the posted question. It looks like my understanding of configuring an issue tracking system is not right.

Would you please provide instructions to configure Testlink for a bug tracking system. I can start from there and do the job for adding TFS to Testlink as a new issue tracking system.

we have provided several pointers in different post on forum regarding this.
We have created an SPECIAL section with all changes on 1.9.4
