Requirements based report

Hi all,

I work on TL 1.9.4 and I am currently trying to export the traceability matrix.
I have used the "test reports-->Requirement based report" functionality but have not been able to export the result as a table to be inserted in excel of word.

Is there a simple way (I mean without coding as I am not very good in php) to achieve this ?
Moreover, is there a way to reverse the search, i.e. getting the list of requirements linked to TC.
