Export testcases with platform

I use the platform function and acivated it "on Design" and "on Execution". This gives the possibility to set platforms to testcases while creating testcases.
When exporting testcases or testsuites, this added platform information get not exported. Is this behaivior wanted or a bug?
Other in testcases added information like custom fields and keywords get all exported.
(local Windows 10 installation of TestLink 1.9.20 DEV BITNAMI)

The platform 'on Design', are not exported -> is an error.

PS. I found the trick! The problems with registration on http://mantis.testlink.org where probably caused by the companies security because of no https:\\ address of the registration process. From a private device it worked.
