When I change the locale into simplified chinese in "Personal" setting, the display text can't display simplified chinese, even I change the character encoding of the browser, both IE & FireFox.
And found the main menu are partially stacked when I use IE, but no problem with FireFox.
There is open issue for this. Unfortunatelly TL is UTF-8 comapin and Chinese strings are some Chinese coding. So there are problems.
Original autor is not cooperate to solve this. I.e. I cannot help you now.
