documentation export

hi testlink,

under "testlink features" it says "export of documentation to html, ms word and ms excel is supported"

two questions:

1. how do you export documentation to html and ms word?

2. am i right to say that "documentation" here means "test reports"?

Q - 1. how do you export documentation to html and ms word?
A - Print feature, sometimes a menu items, sometime a button

test specification reports
test execution reports
requirements reports
