Anyway to configure fckeditor to display plain text only?

The release 1.6 is going to be unsupported by Community. Because our effort moves ahead. However there are still valuable informations for you.

Anyway to configure fckeditor to display plain text only?

My team is not happy with the default format settings in editors in test case edit page. Is it possible to have fckeditor display plain text only?
