Turn off FCKEditor ?

Hi,
Is there some config parameter to allow the FCKEditor to be turned off.
ie. let the testcases be edited in plain text only?

I think in a future release (1.8 / 1.9? ) can be interested a config
option to enable/disable FCKeditor

I think we could implement there more sofisticated option and allows also step based testing like TestDirector has. I see this task for 1.9 or maybe some cotributor should help earlier.
