the same question that I met in chinese.
What version MySQL are you using? I did a test install on my local machine, which uses MySQL 5.1, and TL ran perfectly. I then had our netadmin install TL on our server, and I'm seeing the same issue as you (among others). I found that we're using MySQL 4.1 on the server, and it appears that no INFORMATION_SCHEMA is created (I may be wrong, but I think I_S came in with MySQL 5.0). I wonder if this is the problem.
Hello guys,
same problem here...
Testet on 2 different servers with Apache 2, Linux, PHP 4 & 5 and MySQL 4.1.
Installed testlink 1.6.3 from sf.net, created a product -> created a test suite, created a component -> created a category, created a testcase, created a build.
clicked on Define User / Test Suite Rights
-> clicked on user admin => no test suite
-> empty checkbox Filter Test Suites by Product => no test suite
clicked on Edit / Delete Test Suite -> There are no Test Suites defined!
