Unable to remove test cases from test plans

Testlink version - 1.6.1
Platform - Windows XP

I am having trouble removing tests from a test plan. When I click on the "Remove test cases" link on the right hand side, I am taken to the next page but instead of seeing a tree control on the left on the page (like when I click on "Add test cases"), I see the following error message

Any help will be appreciated.

This is not code of original testSetRemove.php. It seems that somebody modified your files.
