How to get Admin user name and password reset?

Hi, I am very new to using Testlink and LAMP for that matter. I finally set up Testlink and now I am not able to login as the administrator of the account. I thought I wrote it down correctly but I need to find a way to get my admin user name and password back. Can anyone help?

1. try to use TL 1.7 not 1.6
2. connect to you DB using MySQL Admin or something like that an update
admin password (you can get the MD5 from the install sql files)

Thanks for the quick response. I actually forgot to delete the install folder so I was able to reinstall and write down the correct UID and PASS this time.
