How to integrate testlink 1.9.8 with redmine 2.3.0

Hello guys.
My Question is how to integrate testlink 1.9.8 with redmine 2.3.0?

I include this in TestLink Issue tracking management, but it is for older version and it doesn`t work as expected:

<apikey>generated api-key in redmine</apikey>
<uribase>http://10.55.141.55:7777/redmine</uribase>
<uriview>http://10.55.141.55:7777/redmine/issues/</uriview>

what are the issue your are faced ?
what does this means : it doesn`t work as expected ?

I have bug icon to creat bug, but it doesn`t work.
When I try to create bug following message appears :"Create REDMINE Ticket FAILURE => redmine::_requesturl:http://10.55.141.55:7777/redmine - response:Array - content: - serialized issue:N;"
