Suppressing system generated test case number

Since the system generated test case number is not in sequence within a project, I wonder could be it be suppressed while printing test cases.

Besides, could we print a custom field before test case title?

Please advise. Thank you.

1. on 1.8 will be sequenced inside project

In any case is a too particular request => develop your own solution
