Requirements report seems to cover all test plans

The "Requirements based report" seems to report coverage over all test plans in the system simultaneously, even though the top of the report stipulates a particular test plan. Is this by design? I suppose the ideal situation, as usual, would be to have the choice of all test cases in the system vs. only those test cases in a particular test plan.

As I am new to TestLink, I wanted to get a feeling from the forum as to how it's supposed to work before I submit a Mantis report.
