Identify Current Test Case being Executed

Hi,
We are using Testlink version 1.7.4 and have found it pretty useful tool. One issue that we face is that there is no way to identify current test case being executed (active)on the Left Pane while executing tests.
We have nearly 60 in each test suite (~10 suites).
Steps:
1) Go to execute
2) Click on a test case ID on Left pane
3) Execute the test and mark its status on right Pane.

Problem: At this point you are required to scroll through the left pane frame, identify the test case you recently executed and then go to the next case.

Is it possible to keep the "currently being executed" test case(active) in some other color or bold on the left pane (execNavigator.tpl?
