Hi,
I just spent a while trying the latest version of TL in CVS.
Looks really promising!
I like the free hierarchy, better support when setting up a test plan, ...
Great work!
As php is not really my turf, I would volunteer into some testing,
localization (de, en), morale support, ... first.
