Adding more fields for test case development status.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add some additional fields to track the state of the test case development. For example, we usually have our QA Leads review and approve all test cases which have been created by the team. This ensure that we have uniformity in terms of writing style, level of detail, etc... It would be nice to have a field that tracks the state of the test case for example: New, Ready for Review, Approved

A workflow add-on has been developed, and will be released with 1.8
(at least 4 months from TL 1.7 release)
