Database upgrade issue between 1.6 and 1.7 B3.

This morning I decided I would installed and evaluate version 1.7. To do this, I created a new 1.6 database (exported from production DB, created new test 1.6 database and imported production data into test 1.6 database). I then installed and followed the migration steps as defined in the upgrade section. I performed all the steps and got TestLink 1.7 working (mostly). The issue I have now is that a messages (seen below) is always displayed. How can I resolve this?

"Unknown Schema version, please upgrade your Testlink Database to 1.7 Beta 3"

I think we need to improve the choices:

1. from 1.6.2 to 1.7 IS MIGRATION not upgrading
2. from 1.7 to 1.7.xx is UPGRADE

Then try using MIGRATION, and let us know if the problem is gone
