Need workaround for "Duplicate document id" proble

Any ideas? All our reqs are use the same doc-id, and I can't leave the field empty. (using TL v1.7.1)

I was afraid of that. Thanks, I see there is a feature request to autofill this field with a unique id in the bug list. It'd be nice to be able to leave it blank or allow duplicates.

Still a great tool!!!!!!

Sorry but IMHO having duplicate doc ID is wrong.
Any way:
1. create an issue on mantis requesting this feature and explaing very good how is needed

2. If you have not done this before, please add your company to forum
