As a "Admin", from "Home" page, I clicked "Rqmt Spec. Doc" and created a new one. But after that I cannot find it anywhere in the system.
Read << User Menual>> "4. Rqmt based testing", but it does not help.

I figured out that the reason I could not see any record because of I used Safari web browser. It works fine with FireFox.

The problem is that Safary doesn't know basic object location.href in javascript. I closed the related issue 1207.
