Search screen does not match test case creation screen?

The search screen shows the following inputs:

Test Case ID
Version
Title
Summary
Steps
Expected Results
Keyword
Custom field
Custom Field Value

Where can i enter these inputs in my test cases or suite? I dont see Title, Summary, steps, etc... et..
