Active Build dropdown menu coming up blank in Test Teports

I just upgraded to 1.7.4 from 1.6.2, and migrated data as well. When I go to the Test reports and metrics page, the Active Build dropdown menu does not display any builds, even though all builds for the selected test plan are active.

Is this a bug?

If so, how can I modify the php to give myself a workaround?

There's not supposed to be an 'Active Build' dropdown menu in version 1.7! It's been replaced in the new version with a 'Report Type' dropdown. I deleted the files under gui/templates_c and now the correct dropdown menu is displayed. I guess that directory holds cached files, and the site was loading an old configuration.
