Metrics & Reports across Test Plans

Is there a way currently to generate the metrics and reports that are currently made based on builds accross test plans? We expect the test plans to be consistent from plan to plan.

I guess as an example this is how we would use testlink. We are a sw/hw integration team. We have a fairly stable software release. This release is installed on a set of hardware(test plan). We test to make sure it works correctly, running a couple times (testlink builds) until all kinks are worked out. Then we get the next set of hardware and start over. we would like to look at basically comparing the last build's pass/fail of each test plan.

How would we go about doing this?
