Upgrade Testlink 1.9.9 to 1.9.12

Hi, my current version is 1.9.9 and i need upgrade to 1.9.12 but I have no idea how I perform this update. Could you help me?

1) what about doing some searches before posting?
2) wbat about readinx README file provided with ANY TestLink distribution?
